Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your data carries over completely — nothing to re-enter. Downgrading is also possible at the end of any billing period. Most pharmacies start on Starter or Growth and move up when they hire more staff or open a second branch.
Zoner keeps running. Every plan includes full offline operation — dispensing, stock management, and claim recording all work without a connection. When connectivity returns, everything syncs automatically. You never lose a sale or a claim because of an outage.
Eden Care is live today — full real-time claim validation and submission. RSSB and MSH are in active development and expected in Q1 2027. If your insurer isn't listed, let us know: integration architecture is designed for rapid onboarding of new payers.
All data is stored in-country in Rwanda, managed by Zoner. We use end-to-end encryption for patient and claim data, and every plan includes automatic daily backup and a full audit log. You own your data — always.
Yes. Zoner is built to the Rwanda Ministry of Health digital health system requirements: e-prescription support, national ID integration, electronic transfers, and digital claims submission. Every plan is compliant with the August 2026 mandate. Switching to Zoner is how you meet the deadline — not a separate project.
Most pharmacies are fully operational within a week. Onboarding includes importing your product catalogue, configuring your insurer connection, and training your staff. We run the onboarding with you — it's not a self-service process.
